I just purchased a BIG TEX trailer. It is a 22GN-35BK+5MR. The trailer has a GVWR of 23,900 lbs.
Does this require a Class A or Class B CDL to pull the trailer?
What Class CDL for double axle trailer?

The number of axles doesn't matter, vehicle class goes by weight. You will need a Class A to tow it.Dan.S and CrappieJunkie Thank this.

Can I ask why you would buy a trailer without knowing what you need to make it legal?Tb0n3 and Roadgeek395 Thank this.

B is for box vans. Any trailer over 12k requires an A.

10k for class a trailer, 26k for class b.

Correct. My memory is failing.
