Most smartphones come with a hotspot, which will let you access the Internet in your truck. I'd recommend going with Verizon for the provider because they have by far the widest coverage. I use the Internet for all my trip planning and to read websites and to watch YouTube videos. A lot of time I will download them so I can watch them again without using up all my data. Make sure you get sufficient data. I have a 40gig plan on my wife's name, as she is a school teacher and the school board gets a pretty good discount for school teachers. They also have an unlimited plan, that throttles down to 3G after 10gigs. Good luck and be safe.
