Noticed another driver at shipper was a midget, dwarf, little person (not sure proper term). He had no problems...flatbedder no less!

Am doing almost late Massachusetts DMV Appeal from my being at fault crossing in front of raised height Toyota Siera when very short driver admitted she could not see me over the hood so she didn't use brakes to slow down going full speed into my passenger side door. Anybody know of a case with DMV in any state like this with driver claiming they couldn't see over truck hood ? When more than likely real reason was they couldn't touch brake pedal at same time they were straining up to look over small raised frame/body/seat truck ? I have a heavy new insurance rate if I cannot win a remand for evidentiary hearing with factfinding in my Mass. Dept. Motor Vehicles Administrative Appeal this week ! Thanks in advance friends

    There is no such.

Ive seen them down in the 4 foot range. Which is really pushing it. No issues there from what Ive seen.

I think if the DOT would be blessed to consider "You must be this high" to ride a 18 wheeler it would go over like a lead balloon.

Has a 'little' person owner operator who bragged his Mack F700 had a 'walk in' sleeper.

Yeah he had to climb up on the doghouse to do it.

He was the father of two children in his mid 30's and looked to , maybe, be ten years old.

He did have blocks on the pedals.

He had a good comedy routine for new people about letting Dad sleep it off this morning while he took care of business.....
