I must be doing something right then. I have eggs for breakfast almost every morning. The three strips of thick sliced bacon go great with them too and I stay off the toast, no bread for breakfast. 6'5" 230lb, I would like to drop at least 10lb though.

I am still enjoying my three egg breakfast with the thick sliced bacon and slowly dropping weight. One other thing I need to stay away from for the pounds to slowly come off is beer. I love it but it just settles around my middle. I see it as kinda like drinking bread, only it tastes better.

But, but...........not to long ago eggs were so bad for use to eat.

I try to take an hour walk everyday, lay off the carbs and high fat food. When I can, I will splurge on rice with chicken or fish, but only before 4pm. The problem I had was energy. I've offset that with a few diet pills and am managing to get through it without too much of the jitters. Those 5hr energy shots work well for me as well. Diet Mtn Dew is the staple of my existence as well.

Diet ginger ale and diet dr. peeper is what i am drinking mostly know. Also, that egg tip is a very good idea. now, how if only i could eat salads for dinner instead of steak, and subway.
