I have yet to figure out how I keep ripping mine off. I'm thinking about trying some cap nuts on the bolts so they don't catch on the scales.

Bought one about a month ago. A 2013 with 50k miles,I really like it. We had two ford edges before this & was looking for something with a little more room.

Good Lord...go trucking to Seattle for a few days and end up with 16 or so pages to catch up on here. You guys have been busy.

Just laid down in Dacono, CO. Deliver at the Denver airport in the morning and reload in the same spot for St Louis.

Got Mabel a warmin up we gettin ready to make our run. The per ton rate was too good and leavin the steers off the scale was too easy till it was too late for them to catch it. I knew they had no way to let me pour out what i am over lol.

Sometimes. I felt it best to flip my scedule on this load and lay low. Especially since i had a,whole day to lay up and rest. The double shifts are harder than they used to be

12 hours is certainly more than enough for me. Thankfully most of that is stem time, with it rarely taking more than 5 to run the route.

Shock Therapy, cke, 1951 ford and 3 others Thank this.

Back home for Sunday/Monday. Went to the tanatlum mine with a load of lime yesterday for a day trip. Dispatch was super-thankful that I agreed to do it, and I said to him, I'm not picky, I'm here to work and make money. You have work, I'll do it. It meant I got more miles for the week and still got another night at home with my wife.

Not sure where next week is heading, but I'm thinking it's south, we've got a ton of loads in our south yard and a ton of steel loads to pick up in Harrow coming back, so I should be good for the next while, lol.

Spoke with the guy doing the rebuilds and building the gliders. He's already got the head and valve set done on the first of three C-15's. Timeline looks to be about summer for the first one. He's not sure what order the units are coming in, but two are going to be short-wheelbase 48" high-top 388's and one is going to be a 244" 63" high top 388. I told him, I honestly don't care what they look like, I just need a CAT under the hood.

388, 389, doesn't honestly matter unless I'm footing the bill.
