OMG... yessss

 

Yup, the unplanned day the planned day turns into.

The first 3 things my trainer taught me (sort of)...
1) Every day will get a little better/easier, even the bad ones.
2) Never plan anything in stone because days usually don't go that way.
3) Never pass up the chance to take a shower.

 

Okay, now you're just showing off.

 

I agree man, but I totally am falling in love with this job, I can push the bs and stress to the side because I love the quick communication of this company so far and I also have a great trainer that has showed me a lot. Can't wait to see what else this week brings me.

Not since military field exercises did I realize how much you can take a daily hot shower for granted , never pass up the chance for one!!

 

Oh wow... Shelby is a fitness girl & aspiring model that Muscle Beach wants to sponsor... she sat down in the booth and showed me some workout pics... I’m staying for dessert

 

Ames also loads to Acworth too. Just did that last week. Currently sitting in the #### hole loves of Dandridge TN heading to Charlotte to a Sams Club DC. Hate afternoon appts, but 1 of the benefits of training is the 2 14hr clocks lol Ill drive in and let the student stay iff clock so if they take 4 5 6+hrs we can still hammer out some miles. Hes doing pretty good. Definitely likes to run.

 

Smart way to run that Keen, gotta make it work for you (and him) out here that’s for sure
