Will I get hired?

I was on unemployment so NY State basically paid for my CDL. I paid $250 and make $50k+ I can't complain. Even if I paid the full amount of 3k not too bad.
10k is stupid.

 

Are you wanting to go flatbed or reefer to start or are you just going to dry van it up? I’m also in the Vegas area and make pretty decent money at my casino job but am thinking about CDL for a career change. Keep an eye on Craigslist as there is always job postings there too. Also according to the link to their school on this site AIT has a 160 hour course for about $4000. Good luck with whoever you choose!

You can't just go out and start hauling freight with an airplane.
You'd need a Commercial license for that.
And what is a "super 60 piper cub"? I've seen Super Cubs and I've seen J-3s and PA-11s and PA 12s but I never heard of a super 60.
Also, what exactly is a CD Type airframe? That's a new one on me.
And ice 4 inches thick? What could possibly fly with a load like that?

Maybe so. The gene pool can always use a good scrubbing.
But it would involve wrecking a bunch of perfectly good airplanes and that's just not acceptable.
