So what's new? Truck parking has always been a problem east of I35.
NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
Also why can't the bobtails park in front like the others instead of taking up a space for a Tractor trailer that really needs to parking spot.DTP Thanks this.

25 years ago that area was part of my steady run. You could always find a spot, although some might require a good eye.NavigatorWife Thanks this.

I start my day usually 4-430 am to avoid parking issues. When I shutdown I usually have the choice of the lot. I don't know why so many drivers startup so late in the day. I knock out at least 200 miles by the time most of these drivers at truck stops and rest stops get up.
Last thing I want to do after a long day is battle and hunt for a parking spot. But that's my opinion.Trucker61016 and Opus Thank this. -
never had a problem.....perhaps it's because I get up at 5 or 6 and roll 30 minutes later.....and I plan my trips. Then I roll into truckstops at 0830 or 0900 and am amazed at the number of trucks there.
Whatever, people. Rock on! -
Ever since Dorothy took out the wicked witch of the west. It’s been great, west of I 35.
