    EGR not good . Start with the turbo boost sensor and if not fixed replace EGR valve or bypass it. Those are only 2 options you have. Nothing else. Don't listen anybody that tells you it's because of the delete. Separate issue you have

    Almost certain it's the EFR but start with the cheaper option. I'm sure OTR told you about it. If not make sure you talk to Jason. Teo or the other 2 guys are salesman. Jason knows the system. Did you did ECM update before you install?

    I have been dealing directly with Jason. No I didnt do an ECM update before the delete. I have their EGR delete too. Was running it for a little while. Kept having turbo cavitations. Slight fluctuations in boost along with visible boost need wag. Jason was trying to solve it. He told me to restore my EGR until I can get time off to come to their shop.

    Intake manifold sensor and turbo speed sensor have been replaced. I am starting to feel like my delta P sensor on the venturi pipe is acting up. I have an intermittent EGR low flow code that pops up and then goes away.

    Well. OTR sent me a new updated module. Truck started running better. Then spn1127fmi16 popped up. Took to Volvo. They found the slider mechanism in my turbo was stuck in the closed position and took me alot of force to open it up. $4300 for a new turbo. Rochester Volvo got the truck in at 1845 at night. Called me the next morning at 0800 and said the truck was ready for pickup. Great shop to deal with.

    Ok process of elimination looks like you've done that, have you checked the air filter when was it last replaced? A blocked air filter could also restrict your power.
