    I have a lot of holes with bolts in it for nothing. See the pic

    Yes those bolts match the 5th wheel placement for my truck. If you dont want to move it yourself, as someone suggested, call a trailer shop. Will be cheaper than freightliner.

    No, take it to a reputable truck-trailer dealer or truck dealer if this is beyond your mechanical aptitude and ability. TA or Petro won't and should not mess with this sort of work. Proper bolts must be used and torqued properly.

    I wouldnt use a truckstop. Just google the brand of your trailer and find somewhere close to you to call.

    Nope. Most trailer shops will work on a 5th wheel and their rates are usually lower than a tractor dealer.
