I'm not a corvette fan....but I have alot of respect for what they have done.

Dad still has a '98 sitting in his garage... We just talked about it today about putting the insurance back on it so mom could drive it. She loves it...

I've had performance cars most of my life and so has he for the same time period. Understand we grew up pour..but my mom is the greatest money managers I've ever seen. Absolutely unbelievable... She still does things today that I just shake my head at...

In '96 he traded off a 300z for his first vet.....I drove it....it was a piece of bed linen....and I told him so....he didn't like it. Mama was driving a grand national at the time....

He had two 300z's....the first one was black and a real sweat ride. I custom built the mount for his bag phone in it....yep I'm old....that was back when he was healthy....he took it up to door County and on a quiet night he'd run that up to 140 and punch the cruise and ride......I know I sound like X1....

Before that he had a Plymouth Lazer....I drove that car....about killed myself and my cousin.... Never drove a car with that much torch on the front wheels..the speedo went to 130....dad said it would lay on the peg...I never tried it.

Here's a picture of the cabin and the pond. I took this for dad after he had a guy redo the chimeys on the cabin. I wasn't impressed. IMG_20150921_172638594_HDR.jpg

I drove a vette once I wasn't real giddy bout it. Course it was an 82 with a 350 not exactly muscle. I got a soft spot for a big block in a 67-72 C10 honestly. They wont hook and they are slow but cool.

Got Mabel makin air. Hooked it to the goldline earlier. Got a quick ride to NM tonite if the pen hands aint drunk. Then a Dalhart to Aliceville Bama. Beat feet home swap trailers and go PA. I need to go get my black truck but its a time deal. I knew this would happen if you ever park one too long you get outta heat

I may or may not know where there is a '65 split window wrecked just a couple miles from me....I seen the car when he was still driving it. Beautiful car....

We be running down in misery this week..... If ya want to go ahead and transfer the funds I could maybe drop the kid off to go ahead and run her on down to ya......

IMG_0202.PNG Freind who owns a towing service posted these pics last night. Keep in mind this is a straight stretch. Often makes you wonder what in the world!! I ask him if it was a mega, said he wasn't sure but thought it was a middle eastern company/ driver. Constant battle out on the road. Driver was ok.

Beautiful.....Peaceful. Bet it's a nice picture in the winter too.

Reminds me of that guy that use to be on here that had a cabin on a lake in Wisconsin or somewhere up there. His family was in banking I think and he had just moved to be closer to his son or something like that. His avatar was him sitting in an airplane, can't remember his name for the life of me. Haven't seen him since #4 went away.
