    usually its engine fuel psi. abotu 65 psi or so, very hard for it to overfuel. usually its the oposite.

    A lot of smoke coming out when regen is active so I suspect doser module is over fueling , what do you Think?

    so if there is compression in the injector system it will make your regen act up it has happened to me multiple time if you have a way to at least get the line from volvo and test to see if you have air bubbles coming from the return valve i would highly suggest it, you might need injector you might need doser but you need to diagnose a bit further.
