    Cervo not working in heater box. They open and close the doors to direct the air flow. I believe their are three to choose from.

    Mode motor issue or sticking drum air director. Didn't drop something down defrost vents by chance?

    Go in there and look. There something lodged in the door or the actuator has crapped out if it has the drum mode door.

    But we don't know for sure because you havnt said what truck you have. Shall we quess? You gotta contribute a little more to get a fix. Otherwise take it in to the shop and pay.
