Congratulations!!

 

As I stated the other day, I will be starting MTI in Trenton on 5/29/2018. I passed my physical exam yesterday and passed the permit exam and have the permit in my grubby little hands.
I need to thank a few people here:

Anyhow my sincerest of thanks and huge "attaboy" to each and everyone of you.
I have never spoke to any of you, or have I ever sent or received a PM from any of you.
I'm more of a TTR stalker and read a lot of posts on here.
I really think I have made the correct choice in trucking companies with beginning my journey with Millis Transfer.
All of you plus many, many more have influenced my decision

Let's keep this thread rolling haha! So we droped a load off in Syracuse last night and saw High Wind warning signs all night, we spent the night at Weedsport, and left for Avon that morning to pick up a load. And holy #### they were not joking about the winds on 90 today, 32-35mph consistent winds, 40-65mph wind gust in some spots, and then it started to snow in some spots. We stopped outside of Cleveland for the night, it was just to much of a fight to keep going haha.

We got my truck fixed at 4pm, and thought we were going to be waiting till morning cuz never heard from Opie. Low and behold get inside truck, and we have messages....headed to North Aurora with beer, appointment isnt till Fri at 2 30 Im hoping we can either drop this in Streator or at least deliver Fri morn cuz I plan on being in North Aurora area by 1pm tomorrow....we have some makeing up to do after waiting for truck to get fixed.

 

That really means a lot to me and I appreciate your willingness to help out a complete stranger. I will be in contact with you when I begin training.

 

Got to love that lake effect wind. I’m originally from upstate NY and traveled that road a ton of times.
Had to be a heck of a ride in a truck.
