    State lawmakers come up with bills like that all the time and they usually die in comittee.

    A lawmaker here in NM is always proposing a 65 mph speed limt for trucks on NM highways posted at 70 and 75 mph but it always dies the same way.

    ok, I live in Fl. We run retreads but do not like too in the summer. Just like Western States our roads get hot. At the time this post was started everyone was into retreading tires and they came apart fast. Sometimes in the matter of weeks. We still wont use them in the summer but they have improved them.

    With running retreads you should run them at 100 psi in winter time, NEVER run them at what it says on the tire. Now with running Florida and other hot western states I'd run them at 100 psi as well. But us folks who run only in the Midwest local stuff would run them at normal tire rating on the sidewall.
