I have a fairly strong southern draw, then you throw in the mixture of truckin slang/backwoods hillbilly and it can get quite comical I been told. I try to choose my words a lot more careful around the guys I have met in person. Don't want them thinking what rock did he crawl out from under.

My britches is seldom pulled over my boots, my Peterbilt hat is seldom straight on my head, and a white T shirt is comfort.

I have friends that are hippies, rednecks, aspiring beach bums, preppies, just all walks of life really. It takes all kinds to make the world go around.

Thank you to all that replied, @Oxbow @Bear135 @Hurricane69 (it was a bit of a post)
I think I know what has to be done. I appreciate all the advice and understand the reasoning behind them. I have 4 more years left to get my degree, so I might as well finish it out.
The only reasons why I started looking for an out was the past few months I just started disliking my career path- from the corporate policies that make no sense (in trucking we do have legislation that does make no sense like ELDs and the hos which do not work at all, bring back the nonconsecutive work day, but there is still more freedom as an owner operator or independent), and I am starting to feel like a robot with the monotony. It is what it is.
    Thank you to everyone again.
