I lease from Schneider finance .. And I left sni last summer with my truck to another Carrier..

Well I think when the lawsuits get down with swift and Western express these lease programs will change... Why I say that is because if you're leasing a truck and the company has total control of what you do and you can't leave with that truck even would setting up payment arrangements then that makes you an employee under the law...
