The road surface in the ice storm was not the problem. The problem is the same, people that can't even drive on a bright sunny day.
The problem in the freezing rain is the windshield and the afore mentioned drivers. " Honey I can't see."
"It's ok babe, no one else can either, just keep going."
Guess it never dawned on a lot of people that sight really is not over rated. And you have those types in big trucks as well.

@Dave_in_AZ I didn't mention the full extent of the havoc you wreaked in Oklahoma the other day. Not only did you bring the ice storm, you also caused an earthquake.
