    Hi Everyone,
Mrs. T, thank you for your support and concern. I can now say I am one happy trucker. I got the results of my PET Scan yesterday and I am Cancer Free!!!! I changed the way I ate and drank. No more sugar and ate the least amount of carbohydrates (breads, potatoes, milk, etc). It is a known fact that Cancer cannot live in an alkaline environment. I got my self into just that kind of state by changing my diet. I also had help from a guy that read my letter in The Trucker newspaper back in Nov. He sent me free of charge 3 boxes of alternative stuff that included minerals, vitamins, etc. It helped me get my body out of that acid state. Cancer loves acid which is caused by sugars... I had to get my urine pH up to at least 7.4. I got mine up to an 8.. When your pH is up to at least 7.4 or 7.6, your body gives your cells more oxygen. Cancer doesn't like oxygen. There are test strips out there you can test your urine with. The best way is just after you get up and test that first urine. Also I tested mine throughout the day to keep myself in an alkaline state. You don't want to get your pH too high. But a low pH for a long time will mean you have a problem. Usually terminal cancer patients have a 4.4 to 5.0 pH, which means their cells are in an acid state. Cancer loves sugar. I have tried to tell other cancer patients to leave the sugar alone. I also ate raw green, yellow and orange vegetables, & fruits. Also use a sweetner called Stevia. Those other ones, like Equal, and Sweetnlow are bad!!
You can get Stevia in any supermarket or health food store. I also eat only organic foods now, and will continue my diet for the rest of my life. My oncologist wants me to take more Chemo.. I asked why take it for something that isn't there. He said it is protocol!!! I think it is more $$$ in his pocket..I attribute a little to the Chemo, but mostly my change in diet.. My doctor told me that one of the chemos (I was taking 4 different types) was hard on my heart. So why would I want to take more? He also did NOT tell me of a capsule that would help protect my heart while taking that certain Chemo. I had to educate myself on Cancer.. I looked at lots of websites which also helped me. I know doctors are not really to blame for not staying on top of alternative cancer treatments. I blame our good old government, and big pharmaceutical corporations. Cancer is BIG money for them. They have shut down alternative doctors that had cures for Cancer. There is a book called "The Cancer Industry" by Ralph W. Moss PhD. I'm reading it now, and it sure has opened my eyes about how bad our government, and the big pharmacuetical companies are... Everyone should read this book. I just want to thank everyone here that has been pulling for me. And all of those that prayed for me. God is good...
    Love & Prayers

Wow! What a wonderful way to begin the new year. Thank you Dew for sharing what you are doing, and how it's going for you.

It really does seem possible for everyone to have a fighting chance against cancer. I haven't learned, in 10 years, as much as you have posted today. What a wealthful bit of info. Thank you!

I eat huckleberries throughout the year, along with other antioxidants. Most of the time I have an issue with sugar, but I think I can mangage it a little better with Stevia. I bought some at a Wild Oats store ions ago, time to do it again.

    God Bless you in 09!

Yep, thanks everyone. I am feeling okay. Still have the fatigue and dry mouth, & eyes that chemo causes. I will be glad when all of it is out of my system. I just wish I knew when that would be. But I can't worry about it. I will enjoy having hair again too.:biggrin_25520: <----That is about what my head looks like. :yes2557: I hope everyone of you guys/gals have a very happy new year too. I put my resume in Texas Workforce today. Hopefully I will hear something soon. But not too soon, as I want to be able to stand up to working again. I sure do like driving a truck. I am also a nurse, but I was burnt out in that career. That is why I went into trucking. Plus I like the job.. :Trailer: Thanks everyone. The Dew
