So the driver of the Uhaul is in custody. I realize driving the wrong way is a offense. But what else happened? Bath salts? OUI? Age? Senility? Very little info. Glad no one died.

How great is it that some States issue Drivers Licenses as ID,
for people that cannot even comprehend the English language?
I worked with a Greek guy - that actually just "came over on the boat."
His last name was Stavrianoudakis. 15 letters; alphabet has 26.
Anyway, knew about 4 or 6 words, in a week or 2, 20 or 30,next month 100 or so,
so you could actually converse and ask questions without gibberish responses.
A lot of headshaking and shrugging at first, each lunch I would take a magazine or the newspaper and do a "What's this; what's that mean, what's it like, how else could you
say it - stuff like that. George was a wisecracker, so we got along great.
He wanted to learn English and assimilate.Lepton1, drvrtech77, Steel Dragon and 1 other person Thank this. -
More details in a different article, cops got "involved", actually two cops got involved, excerpted....
"While looking for the vehicle, an APD officer was westbound on I-40 approaching the Bell Street Bridge when he saw the approaching U-Haul van. The officer was slowing down to avoid the U-Haul when the vehicle he was driving struck from behind by a Potter County Sheriff's Department vehicle. That deputy was also responding to the U-haul incident."
California Man Arrested and Charged After Six Vehicle Wreck Thursday Morning
And if you don't want too read the rest of the article here are some details on the driver:
" The driver of the U-Haul, Willie James Brantley III, a 33-year-old male from California, was taken into custody. Brantley was transported to a local area hospital where he was medically cleared. He was booked into Potter County Detention Center on one charge of Intoxicated Assault on a Peace Officer, for causing the crash with an officer. "drvrtech77, Steel Dragon and lovesthedrive Thank this.
