    Not true! Gold team gets the same empty pay as other drivers. Only loaded pay is higher. And, as far as I know empty pays significantly less than loaded, whether Gold Team or regular.

    A gold team driver gets 0.60 both loaded and empty plus $21 a day per deim.
    A OTR driver gets 0.51 per mile starting and it goes up from there depending on experience and years. And 0.31 per mile all empty miles including miles to tank wash. Along with the $21 per deim.
    All tank wash time, breakdowns and demurge are hourly. Pump offs are also paid.

    Mustang, are you a Gold Team driver? If so, what terminal are you out of? I drive Gold Team, OTR, out of Charlotte and get 60 loaded and 31 empty. If you're making 60 for all miles I have some phone calls to make.
