    Go read the regs if you want, you are just looking for excuses though.
    You know you are working for a company breaking the law by the way they log.
    Either accept the risk of breaking the law or find a new company.

    Are INTRASTATE operations different by states?? There are some outfits around here running 15 hrs a day and staying within the 150 air mile radius.

    I am not aware of changes that have been made in regard to the e logs in regard to 100 air mile local drivers. However they did not need logbooks provided their on duty time was recorded by something like a time card etc etc. I suspect it is still the same with e logs too.

    Company isn't so great and goes through drivers like mad. To the person who basically said to not worry about anyone else. When one of those drivers working over the legal limit hits and kills a member of your family would you say to not worry about it? It's fools like you that continue the belief that truckers are second class citizens.
