They go through drivers because of these reasons. One person who's been with them over a year so maybe just stick to the question or S.T.F.U. You don't know it all. I know I don't which is why I came to ask a question.

Yes you are. Most of the guys they hire have 0-1 year experience or they're drivers with horrible driving records who can not keep a job. Had they even hinted this was how they operate it wouldn't have ever crossed my path obviously but it's too late now! Sorry but if you can make it living off 60 hours a week then find a new profession because your obviously doing something wrong.
