Wow! Didn't spread to the countryside?

 

Well that’s an interesting lookin shelf cloud. Looks more like a jet trail. lol.

 

Glad ya found that before you got a load on the wagon. That big a leak makes for a pretty dang sick horse.

 

It was back in a grove of trees. We had some small grass fires around it in the yard. Had it gotten out of the yard, we'd still be out there.

 

I know. I would have taken the pic earlier when it was over downtown but I didn't think it would turn out.

Were you on Eastern by the BNSF yard just south of 240 around 7:30 this morning?

 

No sir. I’m sitting at Shattuck waiting on the workover rig to finish up on a location at Spearman so we can commence to “freakin frackin”.

Did ya see a truck like mine?

 

Yes sir I did, and I thought the lettering looked the same too, (red?), but I couldn't remember the name of your company. He was bobtail though so I didn't think you'd be over this way without something behind you.

First time I've pulled one of these in this truck. If I didn't have to get her into some really tight places this week, I'd put the fifth wheel all the way back and get that stretch look going.

Got a couple drops in Dryden for tomorrow morning, then it's up to Pickle Lake, ON and back to the 17. Then onto Thunder Bay for 5 drops and back to the yard. I'll likely run out of time and won't get all the way back Friday, but we'll see.

If I don't have enough to make it all the way to the yard, I'll stay in Dryden and be meeting up with another of our drivers to watch the Jets game at the Petro Pass.

Short weeks can be nice every once in a while.

 

When the wind calms down, let me know. I will head your way with a load of marshmallows and hot dogs, 10-4!!!
