US287 NB Port of Entry just south of Laramie WY. Should I expect it to be open at 0400?

I hate to be “that guy” but you haven’t had a steak until you have had one cooked on a flat iron skillet. This ribeye will be done in about 5 minutes, and gone shortly thereafter. I learned this trick from McGuire’s Pub in Destin. Trust me, cook it on a flat iron.

Yep, that kind of fat is good Fer ya. Wife use to by fat free hamburger at the store. I hated it. She finally started getting regular hamburger. That prime rib I had was fantastic. I prefer sweet tater but they didn't have them. Get me a huge sweet tater with brown sugar and honey butter and pray you don't get between me and that tater !!! Just sayin.

One on the right was $300 from the dealer. One on the left cost $20 to cut out at the Amish farm nearby. Drill some holes tomorrow
