No I mean if it happened somewhere they don't have mirrors I'd tell you drive till you find a place that does.
Am I being unreasonable?

I was really hoping you'd chime back in saying you decided to sit. This place would have gone nuts.

However, I have them on my truck and I am not the slightest bit ashamed to say not only do I use them, but they come in very handy.
Some of the places we’re expected to shoehorn 48 footers into are unbelievable.TripleSix, DSK333, spyder7723 and 1 other person Thank this. -

One last comment to clarify a few things. First it wasn't just a broken mirror the bracket it was attached with was broken in half, so you couldn'. just put a new mirror on it. I would never consider parking to get it fixed if it is legal to run. Perhaps I phrased the question poorly. My question was: number one is it legal? Number two if it is not legal am I wrong for not running it? I knew there would be some old timers that would tell me that they've drove a truck with five wheels missing and on fire before, but I didn't expect this level of bashing by asking. I have read and been told repeatedly that when in doubt ask someone for a second opinion.
