watch out for gay trainers

By definition in the Law Library of the Federal Government it is a Federal Crime and/or State Crime..you can look it up under the different statues, chapters and sections.

It is ALSO a Federal/State crime to not report it as well, you would have to know the statues, chapters and section per each offense in each of the 50 states.

As a side note...the Hate Crime Laws carry more time on the books then the Sexual Crime in and of its self.

 

No it is not common at training companies. It is not common anywhere and is against the law.

 

Man that suck's bro, try to request a new trainer. If that don't work i would straight up leave before somebody got hurt. But if you have no choice try to stick it out an have a stern talk with that dude. Say look man next time your standing over me when im sleeping you wont be standing for along time. Try to talk him before leaving if they don't do nothing

 

At least he wasnt taking care of himself while looking at you. That might have left scars for life

 

You really need to turn him in. There may have been complaint(s) about him before. The company needs to be aware. He doesnt need to be a trainer for anyone.

Sorry that happened to ya dude. But it's not like he exposed himself or something. Life ain't always fair and comfortable. How we handle the difficult situations is what defines our character.

 

Make sure that you stay as matter of fact about everything when you report this guy. I could never tolerate that kind of thing being done to me. i don't hate gay people but I do believe that i have a right not to feel "threatened" by an unwanted sexual advance on my person, just as any woman has that same right when she tells the drunk #### to go f!## himself!
But definitely report the guy, what he did is WRONG and should be held accountable for it.

 

I suppose you consider sexual harrassment funny? Or maybe you're another initiator.
