    That should be considered an violation that puts the truck OOS

    It is almost as bad as the idiot with one chain on a roll of steel.

    Looks like its only holding down something, like a tarp or other stuff. I see chains to the left of it. But I almost bet that would get DOT Excited beyond Viagra.

    Maryland pulled me over because he seen a knot on the tail of a 2"strap. I tied the excess thru the rub rail.
    He was making sure I wasn't using the knot to secure the freight.

    Same trip I saw a load of large I beams, probably 45’long 45k, 3 straps, nothing else.
