I quit chewing on November 30th the day I went into the hospital for my heart attack. I’d LOVE to put a chew in now. I told the wife if I live to see 80 I’m going to start chewing again

Quitting snuff was harder for me than the smokes were. After 11 years, there's days where I still want a dip. Hang in there fellas, it does get easier!!! :thumbright:

Going on 40. I quit for 23 days a few years ago, then got home and found a cigar, inhaled that, started coughing, and went back to chewing (for health reasons of course, those cigars'll kill ya).

If I wasn’t worried about cancer I’d keep doing it

I just can’t picture smoking a pack a day. Never could...

I usually burn about 2 a week, basically with one roughly ever 2 hours at work and maybe none all weekend.

The little white bumps inside my lip and cheek is what kind of prodded me along to quit. The dentist told me they were precursors to cancer. I don't know if that was true or not, but it sure was motivational.
