    saw a posting in cl with a tampa bay area company wanting a driver for otr but they said they don't pay the driver for the 1st 100 miles..lol
    when I find it again I will place it in here

    Really have to be careful with those ads.

    I had one stuff me for $1100. He took the truck with all of my belongings while I was waiting to get paid.

    The Marietta police applied pressure and he sent my things.

    It's Florida, good paying work is very hard to find. I can't tell you how many clown ads I saw in the Tampa Bay Craigslist.

    We are a small trucking company looking for Over the road driver with minimum 2 years of experience/clean MVR. Preferably 3 weeks on the road but this can be negotiated at the time of an interview. For drivers with 2 years or more of experience and a clean driving record pay starts at 55 cents per mile FIRST 100 MILES NOT PAID. We keep open communication with each of our drivers and you will be driving between 3-4000 miles per week. If this is something that seems too much to partake in then this position probably isn't for you.

    How else is the "small" company suppose to own a 2019 volvo and 2018 trailer? Those payments and insurance rates are out the behind. If they take 100$ off of every load in 3 weeks the driver covered the insurance cost x10+ drivers. They know what they are doing.
