Looking for insight.

Fairly new here and I’m looking at a couple opinions on my current situation. Well i am currently 20 years old residing in south and i been wanting to become a trucker for quite awhile maybe since I was 16 well now that I’m up in age I’m wondering are there any companies that hire at 21 and pay for cdl license and training. I make 21 this summer at the End of July. I’m preferably looking for a company that could possibly provide transportation to their training facility and provide lodging due to me not having a running vechicle currently. I feel i am a hard and competitive worker so working for a bad company really won’t concern me much my first year or two because i would buss my ### for any company, and also i’m not concerned with the starting pay because It would be way better than my current situation. I do have a valid driver license and only had one ticket due to a burnt headlight, Also have a twic hard if that helps. Any insight please

 

@Chinatown When do you think is a good time to start applying ? I make 21 at the end of July. Urine is clean but I don’t think i’ll pass the hair even tho i been clean for a while now and also won’t even think about any drugs or alcohol once hired on somewhere. Any help ?

 

@Chinatown Appreciate you helping out. Pay isn’t really my top concern for my first year because whatever i’ll be making would be better than what i have now so i’m open to any schools really. But i’ll look into in and hope the best. I just have to pass time to july Lol
