Id personally Stay at the fairly easy 70k a year job.That 100K(I would think is,an "Exaggeration",to get you to "suit up".Last time I went NE there was a "Deranged Puerto Rican fellow,throwing big arse Rocks (chunks of Concrete out in the middle of George Washington Bridge).Obviously homeless? Wanting to get arrested.I was heading to Yonkers,NY.Personally never cared for NE driving.A lot of companies "Boast of No Ne...or No New York...to fill the seats.JMOdogtrucker Thanks this.

One of my biggest gripes as well. And the rigs that hang 10' off your tail, move left to make sure you know they are there trying to move you out of their way. Like I'm moving over to the granny lane and leaving my 65 mph+ for you.

I’m up there all the time & I don’t think it’s to bad. The good part is when you head back west it feels like a vacation. Just don’t ever try to leave that area after 15:00 on a Friday.
