This is me to a T! I can eat and eat, and I'm still the same size I was in High School.

I gained 70lbs with my first son. And it melted off me in a few short weeks. I've always had an overactive metabolism.

My metabolism still runs pretty high. I'm not as active as I use to be though. I can still get away with eating just about anything I want.

The only thing that bothers me about it, is that I have to shop in the juniors section to get things to fit properly. Especially since I have such long legs. Seems they think that only teenage girls are tall and slender. :biggrin_25525:

But on the up side, I am enjoying the new low rise jeans. I hated the Rocky Mountains that I wore in High School. Who's waist is that small??? And who rides a horse while being squeezed in half? :biggrin_2552:

I hear ya on the jeans! It was always such a nightmare to find ones that fit. Sorry, but I don't have Barbie's figure! This baby ain't got 'back'! :biggrin_25512:

I like the new low rise too. They are much more comfortable. A little bit of stretch makes them great.

Amen, sister! I always look for jeans with a bit of stretch and some polyester in them, so that they don't shrink in length. Found some really nice ones just before Christmas, and bought two pair. I was afraid that they wouldn't have the longs in stock the rest of the year.

And these seem to be "made for me". LOL Comfortable and a perfect fit. But you know that they will quit making them, now that I bought some. That's always my luck. :biggrin_25525:

That's the way my luck goes too. Find something I like, it goes off the market.

What's funny is that even though I am short (5'2"), I cannot buy petite sizes. That stuff does not fit me at all.
