    That’s exactly the way it is around here. Soon as the sirens blow everybody is out in the yard.

    Nothin like popping over a hill on a skinny 2-lane at 80,000 gross and there’s a dozen “storm chasers” parked all over the road.

    I hit a horse in a hyundai at 65mph my senior year of high school, almost killed us.
    It ran off the embankment right infroin of me at 1am...
    Destroyed my car.

    Caught up on paperwork. Mama's figuring fuel tax so we can get it postmarked before the mail lady leaves. Our post office only has someone there for a hour or so a day.

    Arancini-
    Chop meat cooked w lite spices and mixed w some peas, wrapped in a ball of rice, and then lightly pan fried. This is about the size of my fist anyways probably a pound pound and a quarter. So ####ing good

    Never heard of it but sure sounds dang good. Kinda sounds like a play off the pattis they make in Jamaica.

    The Roti or the Jamaican beef patty? Or are you thinking that Spanish- empanadas? Empanada is prolly the most similar except for the puff pastry/phyllo dough wrapper.

    I was thinking the beef patty.... Aren't they wrapped in a plantain mash?? Been a while since I swore I'd never go back.
