Guys I am really worried that if I tell them the truth I will not have a chance of getting hired.
-
This was on Peoplenet.
-
Some companies have the elogs setup to where you can move the truck around and wont even throw on drive until a couple or few miles.
-
Explain the scenario? You had to pull over to go off duty before violation?
Then you were able to slowly ease your way to the truck stop without an elog violation?magoo68 and nebulabass Thank this. -
The PeopleNet logs at my last job wouldn’t throw you on duty until you went 2 miles. There wasn’t a PC option either. How far did you drive?
-
I am not sure. Maybe 3 miles.
-
That would do it.
-
That is by definition log violation i.e falsifying your logs. Go over your drive line and give a good reason next time
-
It was time to move on.
