Driving in Alaska is a little different to driving on the ice roads...

I have heard that getting a job like that in Canada is really tough unless you're Canadian; they tend to hire other Canadians before they hire someone from a different country. I have Hugh as a myspace friend and that's what he told me when I asked him about it.

They drive on roads with ice (compacted snow) on them? Or they drive on lakes with ice bridges engineered for truck traffic?

Famous or INfamous??? That's the question! :biggrin_25525::biggrin_25525:

ICE Road...a road built on a river or lake out on the ice, under the ice is LOTS of WATER:

ICY Road...pavement...sort of under the ice
