H and M Trucking

I will be perfectly honest here. Sometimes we make it seem that things are always sunshine and roses. But let me be clear. This job is not perfect by any means. I had to go to the owner 3 weeks ago after I had a handful of problems, mostly with operations but the key here is that I am able to go straight to the top. My issues were understood and resolved. That's what separates this company from all the other places I have worked for.

 

Just moved into the new truck yesterday. First time in 2 years I changed trucks and I forgot how fun it was (not). The truck is a Vnl 860. I have always been of the opinion that Volvo has the most comfortable interior but this truck is better than I expected. It has a Tripac evolution that seems to work pretty well and I'm glad because I don't like idling. The truck is very nice. I'm very fortunate to work for a company that take pride in it's equipment. I can't say enough good things about this place. I just hope that this place never gets bought out by some bottom feeder mega carrier.

 

I know exactly what you mean. It felt good to get that much exercise but I paid the price today as I was extremely sore.
