If I was a betting man, I would say that Caterpillar is up to the the task. Now do like the Bush Beans commercial and “Roll that beautiful coal footage!!”

One night around 2 am, I was on patrol in a neighborhood. I was half asleep driving in the middle of the road going about 10 mph. All the sudden, I hear this loud “BAM” right behind my head. I get out, walk around and look and don’t see anything.

As I am getting back in my car, I notice my low band antenna mounted on the left rear fender is gone. I shine my flashlight up and down the car and see deer hair on my driver’s side rear door window. A buck tried to jump the car and nailed it instead, somehow ripping the antenna off. I walked a good 1/4 mile back and forth and never found that antenna. I have never hit a deer, but I have had plenty hit me.

Just got up. Looking pretty active west and southwest from our local weather's storm chasers. Suppose to be in OKC around 1930, I'll be at work so plenty of places to hide if anything happens, thank goodness I work outside so I'll be able to keep an eye on things myself. Right now they are talking about how big the hail is and how strong the winds are in these storms. Looks like all the ingredients are there for a tornado just haven't had one form......yet.

The dog will be on his own at home so hopefully he was paying attention to where the tornado shelter is, lol.

    Ya'll be safe! @ShooterK2

This is me walking from the Kenworth shop to my hotel in Marysville, WA. Supposed to be back on the road tomorrow with a slightly lighter wallet to make the future walks easier. 3C3CF6AF-C05B-4623-96AA-07F3E4A0D2CF.jpeg

From the looks of that trail it looks like a lot of people have had to walk from the Kenworth shop to the Hotel, lol.

It appears I’m not the first. The dealer happens to be nestled in with the only truck stop in the area, so a few other have made the same journey. I was mildly concerned about being raped or robbed while walking next to those bushes. Thank goodness it was daytime, I’m dressed like a homeless person, and I’m ugly.

I’m starting to question my sanity with all this polishing? Is it really worth it all? I hope so! On the last polishing job on the truck. The front and back of the tank are down to 320 grit. I didn’t have any luck getting the straps undone today so got them with some PB blaster and try again in the morning. 7DD814A8-6ECF-43CB-8494-32860E8FA068.jpeg I might try something like the picture below and mount off the toqure arm? That’s the only way I see it working? I’m not going to get them mounted this week anyway. I’ll have to order up some steel.
