We got a little over 2" of much needed rain along with some marble size hail. They're showing 80's and good weather for the next few days.

The weather guys have been talking about the storms starting earlier (12-1 pm) in the day than predicted being the reason there were fewer severe storms.

The main difference is the cooling system between the two engines. BC 1/2/3 used high flow cooling, normal as your car.
BC 4 used Low flow cooling... different radiator as well as restrictors under the water manifold. This makes the engine run at a higher operating temperature.

Notice the difference in the seals that go under the water manifold?

Engine in my truck is a 1986 BC 4 CPL 0749 originally 315hp. I changed it over to high flow cooling, running N14 air to air, changed the timing, dual fuel lines, bigger injectors, and squeezed out an extra 25hp .:D. I like the Cummins & Cat both to be honest. But I'm an oddball that likes 2 strokes too lol.

Well. Showed up early and they won’t unload me till 0900 tomorrow. I didn’t even ask about overnight parking — I’m gonna do it whether you allow me or not...

Bleh. Nothing like a 750 mile run taking up two days and a morning of your time. Shameful.

Oh hell yeah ! KTA is 1150 cubic inch engine one head per cylinder. It is an industrial application engine. A b model is around 900 cubic inch.
