These rear leaf springs have a front spring mount, but the rear of the spring looks like it’s connected to the axle and a air bag. So my question since there really isn’t a rear spring mount what should I call out in place of the rear spring mount during the pre trip?

That’s leaf springs and not a control arm correct?

U Bolts seem in place, shock absorber not worn, front of leaf spring (Coiled end at frame) seems ok (Not puking grease or metal bits) and everything else is normal to me.It's been a while since it's been washed I imagine.

If it was a control arm like it shows in the picture diagram it wouldn’t have TWO leafs right? That’s what makes me think this truck has leaf springs with air bags.

Peterbilt air suspension were called "Airleaf" and "Low Leaf". Airliner is very similar. I think your best bet when taking the test is to say both. Say "leaf spring/control arm".

The diagram that @Jwhis shared is very helpful, but if you're an owner/operator and go to buy new air bags, they probably won't know what bellows are, but the will know airbags or airsprings are.
