Ugh. I still feel like crap but got a phone call i just couldn't say no to. 1700 lbs of aircraft parts and pushing 3 a mile after my carriers cut, going to a fantastic area. Not to shabby for a load out of South Florida. Doesn't need to be at the destination till Monday so i can load Friday afternoon. Only negative is it needs a tarp, tho if the measurements are right my smoke tarp should cover it fine.
Oxbow, Tug Toy, Highway Sailor and 3 others Thank this. -

I started another home project with my son, cleaning out and reorganizing our 3 car garage (2 story) that is 900 sq ft on the bottom floor and 700 sq ft on the top floor.
If I had my way, I would have brought in a U-Haul, loaded everything up except our garden & operating tools, and taken it to the dump.
However, I have a wife that has been convincing me for 13 years she's going to sort through everything and have a yard sale! LOLOxbow, taodnt, Shock Therapy and 6 others Thank this. -
A quick update on what I posted a couple of weeks ago regarding having to hit the reset button on my health, eating, exercising and what not.
I have made very good progress since doing so 1 month ago today. I purchased a Fitbit (Iconic) wrist monitor to help me stay motivated and to track (via their many) available tools which sync to the wristband.
I have been logging on their food logging software EVERYTHING that goes into my pie hole each day. I've cut way down on my sodium intake. Pretty much eliminated fast food & soda.
The band also monitors your steps, heart rate, sleep, etc. It's just one of many tools available to track & stay motivated.
I also found a very helpful blood pressure logging app that I try & make daily readings into using my OMRON cuff style blood pressure monitor.
Since the 11th of April (30 days) I have lost 25.1 lbs. My average blood pressure has moderated to 118/75 which is absolutely a huge improvement from what it was at my last DOT physical 1 month ago.
To say I feel so much better, would be an understatement. I'll keep working the plan I'm committed to.
So, excuse me while I kiss the sky...1951 ford, taodnt, whoopNride and 8 others Thank this. -
