    No no no...you were good. It only shows if it is a “dot” officer and he writes it up on an inspection report.

    A warning not associated with an inspection will not follow the driver.

    Csa/psp points are only awarded thru legitimate dot inspections.

    Edit: even if you get inspected and the officer leaves the warning off the report, then it doesn’t follow you. It has to be written on the inspection report in the violation section for points to be awarded.
