First we look at what positions we are strong/weak at, then we go to the combine and take a look at who is available to draft. Next step is to rough out numbers and see how much salary cap space we have and make free agency decisions.

On the day of the draft we have a list/flow chart. When it's our turn, we make a pick. Then we watch what other companies pick, and try to read the tea leaves, then updating our flow chart.

Or we just buy the ESPN draft guide and follow it.

Most of the advice on this forum sucks. So no surprises.
