Ok. No, actually, the truck has me stoked of late. Rides real smooth.

 

Remember the shocks damp the movement of the suspension, they aren't stiffer springs.

 

Air springs and coil springs on cars will bounce when you hit a bump. The shocks stop the vehicle from bouncing. The firmer the shocks, the quicker the bouncing stops, but too firm will prevent the suspension from giving in the first place. The also smooth out road vibrations.

 

Take those shocks off then drive around the block and ask yourself if you can tell any difference ? You may be amazed.
