No argument. That's why I want to do it at home. Then on the 4th or 5th attempt, after the truck is completely rewired, I'll at least be at the house.

Right. If you're gonna be broke down, home is the place to do it .

It's not just that, it's an ECM, mystery issue. Or maybe it's not a mystery. But they have to talk to the truck. So who do you try?
Mechanic #1 = You need an inframe for that.
Mechanic #2= Have you considered getting a new truck?
Mechanic #3 actually is consensus and finds a loose connector, or some glitch in a data file.

I have 0 faith in Freightliner. Zero. I thought about telling them I'm going to catalog this service, blow by blow on TTR, can I use your names and pictures?

What exactly is your issue? Might be an ECM if your having problems on multiple circuits. Or either a very bad ground somewhere, starter to frame & etc

Clutch fan snaps on, won't shut off. I've changed AC sensor, water temp sensor, and selonoid to no avail.

Hmmm with no other symptoms it’s hard to tell. For me at least. The fan is only programmed to come on by temperature or from hi pressure in the a/c. And///// maybe if there’s a fault in the fan solenoid circuit... because by default if there’s an issue with the fan circuit the computer keeps the fan on to prevent overheating...

I would check the wires in and out of your fan solenoid, check for chaffing or anything out of the norm, and also unplug the lead to you fan solenoid and check for power (works better if you have a fan switch you can turn on), then pull the plug off the OEM side of the ECM and pull up your wire diagram from quickserve and read the pin out for fan solenoid... then inspect the male pins on the ECM for green discoloration / corrosion
