Thanks for that. Cant believe they use crap quality in the seat itself. What's the point of the fancy gizmo under the seat if you arent going to make the actual part your ### sits on comfortable?

I've heard they make a better model with real cushions, though that wouldn't solve the shape and lumbar issues, but idkspyder7723 Thanks this.

Back in my day, all we had to sit on was a bucket turned upside down. If you were lucky, you came into some corn husks to put in your back pockets to cushion the bumps. We couldn’t afford pockets (they were an option) so we had to stuff our under breeches. The good old days...

The worst part? Sharing the corn!Buster Churry Thanks this.

We also only had one pair of under breeches. Monday you wore them regular which was tag in. Tuesday it was tag out. Wednesday, reverse it to tag in. We did that all week except for Sunday. That’s when we washed them whether they needed it or not.

Picking up a paper clip off the floor the wrong way can injure your back.
Sitting is the worst normal posture position one can be in. I am not going to write a long thesis, though as the survivor of 3 back surgeries and all the fallout I know a few things.
When sitting, the number one thing you want to do is have your hips above knees. By doing that you open up the angle of your back.
Going under a trailer bend at the knees, not at the waist. Done.Brickwall Thanks this. -
Backs can go out at any time and at any age if you're prone to it, usually because of heredity. My first time was when I was 20 years old bending over to pick up a pair of pants from the floor. Went out a few more times over the years until I hit 40, then it stopped and only went out when I did something stupid like lifting something too heavy. My most memorable back outage was when I had food poisoning. Explosive diarrhea, projectile vomiting, and unable to walk or even crawl to the bathroom. Spent the night on my hands and knees with a 5 gallon bucket under both ends. Nights like that made the wife wonder what the heck she was thinking about marrying me.
Brickwall Thanks this.
