That was my understanding. However, someone told me that the DOT has a limit. I can't find a definitive answer online. Doesn't really affect me either way, honestly. Because I route myself, I'll never need more than the 2 hours I get from Landstar. And I'll never have schedule stress. Hell, I'm booked through the 23rd and I'll have room to move if I need it.

10-4 on this. Was doin a 10 in Trenton and needed to make a Wally World run. To and from was about 40 minutes bobtail. Diane is cool with it just let her know what you're doing and she'll fix the off duty thing.

My millis experience so far -
Ya and that was with fuel at 6! As soon as we opened the doors on the trailer I told my student we were going to be over weight. They always try doubling up then throwing that extra 1 pallet right at the back and it doesnt ever work lol.Suspect Zero and Steelersjunkie Thank this.

Yeah, the only way those loads would work is if you had a regional truck. Logically, I understand the reason why they do it. But you'd think after a while they'd stop trying. I guess I was really lucky, I never had to have any beer removed from a trailer to make weight.Suspect Zero Thanks this.
