I’m still getting good miles and being left alone.
Only time I’ve spoke to anyone in Fargo in the last month is when I’ve need to chose an outbound load.

Pulled one of the new trailers for about a week. It was AWESOME not having to mess with tails!

On the hand-holding...the call questioning my routing wouldn't have been so aggravating except, about a week before that, I was called about my reefer temperature (which was set per the BOL). And, a few months back, being sent videos taken from the camera in my truck and being counseled over those. All of this matches up with the frog soup theory perfectly. And I'm not one of their problem drivers. For the last two or three trimesters I've earned top pay.

In retrospect, the two most recent hand-holding incidents have occurred since my DM has been absent. So, I hope that if my DM was here, she would know that I don't need that hand holding, and this wouldn't have happened.

What did they call you for regarding the camera? I've caught myself following too close a few times and expected a call but never got one.

I have no issue with them calling to verify a trailer temp.

The equipment is nice. Ive been hauling a 2018 trailer for 3 weeks now or close to and i really dont mind any of the older ones. Driving a 2016 truck thats fully loaded is nice as well.

All crying aside, Magnum does have its strengths still. I havent been hassled about a route or anything yet. The tractor shop has been really great about getting me in for work, even on short notice. $500 deductible for my dog, I keep my truck clean and we dont destroy it so I dont see why I wont get a large sum, if not all back. If youre a reliable driver that wants to run, youll get 2500 miles or more. There are definitely worse companies to work for, at least as a rookie. Im a rookie, the end of this month is my 6 months, 5 months running in my own truck and im on track to net 40k, probably more depending on performance pay at the end of June and how hard I keep pushing through the rest of the year. I feel good about it.

Thats my honest review at this moment.

No worries there, they pay for clean inspections.

Made $20 in Ohio just the other day.

Woo Hoo $20 bucks! How you gonna be able to spend that much money?

Gonna use it to pay to park their truck bc there is no parking available?

There were two issues. One four wheeler pulled in front of me and I rode their tail for a while. Okay, that was justified. The other, they claimed I took a curve too fast on an on-ramp, but it clearly showed my speed was below the cautionary speed... And I realize that is for four wheelers, not big trucks. But, from the video, you could tell I was not taking it too fast. But the computer seemed to think I was...
