Anyone know how to purchase a new sent of injectors for a Cat c-15 625hp? Instead of these unreliable reman injectors. I am tired of going to the shop to fix my rough running and vibrating truck, to find out the injjectors that I just replaced a year ago are mis firing again. Getting old and costly CAT people.

Ask for new, not reman. Should be able to get @ any dealer.

All the threads I've read over the years about Cat injectors gave me the impression that even new injectors were all over the place as far as tolerances. Is this a fact?

Replace your injectors with a platinum kit then you get four years free replacement?

Platinum kit ones are reman. If you want new, ask for new. I have had way better luck with new vs reman. Much smoother and less prone to failure.

Usually from $150 to $300 more. Parts guys will work with you on price. I never ever pay the price quoted.

Thank you for all the info. I will get to checking on some new ones. I was told that it was very rare to find NEW injectors.

Is there something else that is causing my injector failure, I only got about six months out of #1 and had to replace, and a year on #2 and now it needs replaced. Is there something else I should be looking into, or is this just typical reman junk that the manufactures shove down our throat and drain our pockets, and cost us much down time.

Check your cams maybe the install was bad on the injectors themselves
