Unless there is visible damage on the outside of the fairing, or if it's flopping in the wind, it probably won't be noticed. I'm guessing that you got caught in a tight spot and tried to turn around with a reefer? If you're new to reefers, they kind of limit how much you can jackknife the trailer unlike a regular dry van. The upper fairing is usually the first thing that gets hit with a reefer on a tight turn.
2 preventable.

Not picking on Swift. How in the name of heck did this driver manage this?
-
I can honestly say that they did NOT teach this procedure at the Swift CDL academy which I attended.

If I ever did something that bad I will quit trucking. -
So was that something that happened in Mexico?
-
Don't know.

Well, I did not hear one word of English in the video. Just wondering.
Not that it really matters where it happened. It should not have happened in the first place.buddyd157 Thanks this. -
